Who is responsible

Near Shore IT Trading LTD. Co., located at 21/F, Hip Kwan Commercial Building, 38 Pitt Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong, is responsible for the personal information you share with us through nearshoreit.hk.

What we collect

The information you give us when you fill out a form or contact us: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, company and your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

When you browse the site, technical data (pages visited, browser and device type, referral source) is recorded automatically by analytics tools and used in aggregate to understand how the site performs.

How we use it

Primary purposes: to answer your request, send you the quote or information you asked for, and follow up commercially.

Secondary purposes: to send you related news or offers and to produce internal statistics. You can opt out of these at any time by contacting us; it will not affect your request.

Who we share it with

• Service providers (hosting, email, messaging and customer-management tools) that may only use it to provide those services to us.
• Authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw your consent by writing to hello@nearshoreit.hk. Please include your name and what you are requesting; we reply within 20 business days.

Where applicable (for example, residents of Mexico under the LFPDPPP), these are your ARCO rights, and you may also turn to the competent data-protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and improve the site. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site will keep working.
